How We Work

If you’ve got something you’ve been meaning to frame for ages, we’d love to help. Most of us have a little pile somewhere,  a print that never made it onto the wall, a photo that deserves better than a drawer, or something sentimental you keep meaning to sort one day.

Framing can feel like a big decision, so it gets put off. Our job is to make it simple.

Most people start by popping into the shop with what they’d like framed. If you’re not sure what you need or you’re worried it’s a bit awkward to bring in, just give us a call first and we’ll talk it through. We’ll let you know what’s helpful to bring, and we’ll take it from there.

Once we’ve seen your piece, we’ll help you choose a frame, mount and glass that suits both your style and your budget. You’ll be able to look at samples, compare options, and ask questions, and we’ll explain the differences so you can choose with confidence.

When you’re happy with the choices, we get to work. Everything is made with quality materials, careful finishing and the kind of attention to detail your piece deserves. It’s not rushed, and it’s not one size fits all, we’re making something that you’re going to cherish for years.

Turnaround times can vary depending on your piece, but we’ll always let you know what to expect. And while your piece is with us, it’s kept onsite and insured, so you can relax knowing it’s in safe hands.

The best part of the work that we do is seeing the reactions of customers when collecting their framed item. Your frame will be ready to hang, properly protected, and looking exactly as it should. All you need to do is take it home, put it up, and enjoy it every time you walk past.
